Shipping Policy
If products or materials are sold through mark-gj.com, orders are processed in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders received by 11 AM MST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) the same business day.
Shipping times may vary during high-demand periods. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.
Large or high-value orders may require insurance and signature upon delivery. Shipments are fulfilled using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.
Mark Construction is not responsible for customs duties, import fees, or taxes for international shipments.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
You may return unused, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
